Sifu Rita Rose Pasquale
Chief Instructor, 3rd Degree Black Belt, RYT
Sifu Rita Rose Pasquale is co-owner and Chief Instructor of the United Martial Arts Center for Health & Well Being. She is a 3rd degree Black Belt and is registered with The United Stated Martial Arts Association (USMA).
Her Martial Arts training began 28 years ago and she has studied the Chen style of Tai Chi with Master Chen Zen Li of China, the Tai Chi sword and Ribbon Form with Master Bow Sim Mark of Boston, Filipino stick fighting with Guru Michael Williams and Wing Chun with Sifu Steven Murphy. She has also traveled to China with Master Ai Ping Chen of Connecticut
Sifu Rita became an Asst. Instructor in 1996 and she began teaching Tai Chi at a local senior center and at the Danvers Center for the deaf. She has been teaching the children's program at UMAC for over 20 years and has been instrumental in helping children overcome anxiety, low self esteem and other behavioral issues. She now teaches the C.I.T Program and trains the staff at UMAC where students learn how how to teach a martial arts lesson and she writes most of the curriculum taught at the studio.
